AIPA is dedicated to the development of Australian talent. Our talent development and management programs look after the promotion and training of artists both in Australia and internationally.
Talent Development is different for each artist and our team work with parents and agents to ensure a positive and fruitful outcome. There is no cost to an artist invited to join this program, however hard work, dedication and results are expected from those under development.
Talent for this program is generally sourced by our staff and unsolicited applications will be returned.
