To all KPG Students and Parents,
It has come to my attention that many students are not wearing the correct uniform to classes. The uniform has been designed to enforce safe dance practices, allow teachers to help students develop to their potential, help casting directors learn each student’s name (rather than identifying them as the kid in the blue t-shirt!) and overall give a sense of belonging to the school.
Please find below a reminder of the 2013 Uniform and Grooming code. I ask that all parents ensure students are wearing this uniform to classes as it will be enforced from this date onwards. Students out of uniform will not be able to take part in any performances or our Annual Concert.
Please note all dance shoes can be purchased from North Shore Ballet Centre in Chatswood (who will offer KPG students a discount), any Blochs Ballet store or balletstuff.com.au. We also run a second hand shoe store –enquire at the
office. T-shirts and Boys Dance Shorts can be purchased from the KICK office and dance pants can be purchased from the ballet stores mentioned above or any Kmart or Target who sell black gym pants.Please click on this link for a full listing of the uniform requirements.
